The Tylenol Murders

In 1982 seven people died after ingesting cyanide-laced Tylenol. The case remains unsolved although there are many theories about who the perpetrator(s) were. These murders led to significant changes in product packaging and consumer safety regulations, such as tamper-evident seals on over-the-counter medications.
